VBR NEET Academy is headed by - Chairman -M. Vijaya Bhaskara Reddy, IRS(Retd.)
A Post Graduate in Agricultural Sciences from AP Agricultural University, he had secured AIR 292 in the Civil Services Examination in 1996 further to which he served the Government of India (Customs & Central Excise Department).
His passion for Education and Children prompted him to voluntarily retire from the prestigious post of an IRS officer and make a foray into the education sector by establishing VBR Group of Institutions (PU College & NEET Academy) in the year 2016
